A Studio Support Day gives you 6.5 hours of dedicated, focused support to make a real dent in your to-do list, without committing to ongoing support.

Once you've booked your day, I'll send you a short questionnaire and invite you to a shared Google Drive folder where you can upload everything I need.

We'll then have a 20-minute planning call ahead of your booked day to review your tasks, clarify any questions and agree on what's realistic to achieve within the time available.

On the day, I'll get straight to work on your agreed priorities. This could include concept research, presentations, sourcing, FF&E schedules, organising project files, updating trackers or smaller drawing tasks with a clearly defined scope.

The following business day, you'll receive a handover summarising what's been completed, any outstanding notes and a Loom walkthrough where helpful. I'll also share any relevant editable working files, such as SketchUp models, so you can easily make amendments or build on the work in the future.

Perfect for those half-finished tasks, a particularly busy period or a project that needs an extra push!

For technical drawings, floor plans, elevations and 3D visuals, I primarily work with SketchUp Pro, LayOut an Rayon.

I also use tools such as Canva and Programa for design presentations, concept boards, schedules and other design documentation.

I'm always happy to adapt to your studio's existing systems and workflows where possible, so there's no need to change the way you work just to bring me on board.

Depending on how we work together, we can arrange regular catch-up calls to discuss priorities, upcoming projects and what needs tackling next.

I use Asana, a project management tool, to organise tasks, share updates and keep everything in one place. I also use Google Drive for sharing project files and Loom to record quick walkthrough videos, particularly when something is easier to explain visually.
